Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: common questions
- Do I need experience or to be fit to start?
- No. Most people start with no experience. Coaches scale every drill to your level, and you get fit by training; you don't need to be fit first.
- How much are the classes?
- A walk-in class is RM 40. Monthly packages start at RM 110 a month, and longer packages cost less per month. New members pay a one-time RM 80 registration fee with their first package.
- How do I book?
- Create an account, buy a package or a walk-in pass, then book from the schedule. You can also pay at the front desk.
Prefer to start one-to-one or with friends? Personal training and semi-private sessions run at times that suit you.
