Questions
Everything people ask us about training at Demo Martial Arts. Prices shown are today's.
Getting started
Do I need experience or to be fit to join?
No. Every class has beginners, and coaches adjust drills to your level. You get fit by training; you don't need to be fit first.
Can I try a class before I join?
Yes. New members get their first group class free: sign up and it's added to your account, ready to book. The free class isn't for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Or walk in for RM 35 a class.
What should I bring?
Comfortable training clothes, water and a towel.
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes. Everyone signs our waiver once before training, online when you create your account or at the gym. A parent or guardian signs for children under 18.
Classes and booking
How do I book a class?
Book online from the schedule once you have a package or free class. Booking opens 14 days ahead.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, from your account. Cancel at least 3 hours before class and the class goes back on your package. If we cancel a class, it always goes back on your package and we email you.
Can parents book for their children?
Yes. Add your children to your account, then buy their packages, book their classes and check them in from your own login.
Memberships and prices
How much are group classes?
Monthly packages start at RM 100 a month, and longer packages cost less per month. A single walk-in class is RM 35.
Is there a registration fee?
New members pay a one-time RM 80 registration fee with their first group package. You won't pay it again when you renew.
How can I pay?
At the gym, by cash or bank transfer.
Can I get a refund?
See our terms and refunds page, or ask at the front desk.
