Personal and semi-private sessions are by appointment, including outside these times.
Before your first visit
- Book your free trial or walk in for RM 35 a class.
- Sign the waiver online, or at the desk.
- Bring water and a towel.
- Arrive 10 minutes early and tell the coach it's your first class.
